I can't login, or I forgot my username or password.
Go to login tab, http://socialgolfnw.com/login from their request “forgot password” a new password will be sent to you via your email.
If you can't login, check to make sure that your "caps lock" key is off. Your username and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE. Make sure your security question is set and correct. If you still cannot login, you can request to reset your password or contact us.

Classifieds
How do I remove a classified?
From the Classifieds section, click on "View/Edit My Ads." This will allow you to make changes to your ad or delete it if you sold the item.

Events

Under the Events section, click on the "Create a new event" tab and fill out the necessary information. You will then be able to upload a photo of the item.
How do I set a limit on the number of people that can attend my event? http://socialgolfnw.com/events
Currently, the only system is to require an RSVP in order to limit the number of guests that can attend.
Do I need to contact the golf course before creating an event?
Depending on the type of event it is advised that you contact the golf course you want to host the event at in order to clear specifics and determine the right venue. All user created events will go through an approval process before being finalized.
How do I know an event is credible?
All events registered by users must go through a strict approval process first in order to be given permission to hold the event. If an event is created by a course, then it is legitimate.
Forums
How do I track responses to my topics or posts? http://socialgolfnw.com/forums
One way of doing this is by change your email notifications under "Settings" on your privacy page. You can also click on "any topic" which will show all the topics and how many views have been seen.
Can I add a new category?
Forum categories are set by site administrators, but you have the ability to post new topics under those categories. If you have ideas for a new category submit it under "Website Help, News & Feedback."
Groups
How do I create a new Group?
Under the Groups section, click on the "Create a new Group" tab and fill out the necessary information. You will then be able to upload a photo of the item.
How do I join a group or add someone to a group I’m in? http://socialgolfnw.com/groups/manage
To join a group, select the group you are interested in and click the “Join this group” button. If you want to add someone to a group you are in, you first need to add them as a friend, and you will then be able to select them from the “Invite New Members” option in your group.
To invite members to your group, just follow these steps:
1. Click the Invite member’s link on your group's homepage.
2. Under the Invite members, add your new members' names and email addresses. Also under groups tab you can invite your friends.
3. Write an invitation message to introduce your group to your invited members.
4. Select Invite members to send the invitations.
Creating an Advertising Page or a Personal Page

Under the Courses Pros and Pages section, click on the "Create a new Page" tab and fill out the necessary information. You will then be able to upload a photo of the item. Members can create one free personal page.

Create a page using these quick, easy steps and get going. First you will select a package that best matches your requirements. Packages differ in terms of features available to pages created under them. You can change your package anytime later.
Members can create a free personal page. Golf Course, Business or Golf Professional using our pages for advertising and soliciting must utilize our paid pages.
Creating your Page:
After you have selected package follow all the steps provided in your dashboard. Your dashboard will allow you to do the following:
Edit Info- Edit the information of your page and keep it updated.
Privacy- Select your settings for who you want to view your page
Profile Picture- Add photos
Overview- Overview enables you to create a rich profile for your Page using the editor below. Compose the overview and click "Save Overview" to save it.
Contact Details- Contact information will be displayed in the Info section of your page profile. Including your web address, email and Phone Number

Profile Info- Profile information enables you to add additional information about your page depending on its category. This non-generic additional information will help others know more specific details about your page.
Apps- Manage your Forms, Video, photos, Discussions.
Marketing- Effective tools to market your Page and increase its popularity.
Insights- Use filters to observe various metrics of your page over different time periods.
Reports- You can view performance reports of your page over multiple durations and time intervals. The generated reports include statistics like views, likes, comments and active users. You can also export and save the reports.
Manage Admins- You can see all the admins who can administer and manage your page, like you can do. You can add new members as admins of this page and remove any existing ones. Note that admins selected by you for this page will get complete authority like you to manage this page, including deleting it. Thus you should be specific in selecting them.
